Free. Registration is preferred.

The clerk will be on hand for a short time after the presentation to provide some free notary services and to issue FAVOR cards to veterans. Note: To apply for the FAVOR card, you must bring your DD-214 with you. For notary services, please do not sign anything in advance, as this must be done in the presence of the notary after you present valid ID.
