Demystifying Tofu with Syracuse Vegan Living Program

Demystifying Tofu with Syracuse Vegan Living Program In-Person

For ages 16 and up.

Confused about how to cook tofu? Want to learn more ways to utilize this healthy plant-based staple to create several delicious dishes? Join the Syracuse Vegan Living Program for a cooking class designed to demystify tofu! Dan Williamson will demonstrate how to make Korean Kkanpoong Tofu in the air fryer, how to whip up a silken tofu-based chocolate mousse in minutes, and how to bake up the best vegan bacon using tofu skin! Samples provided!

Dan Williamson is a psychiatrist by day, and a vegan chef by night! He really enjoys cooking and experimenting to veganize his favorite dishes. He has volunteered to lead several cooking classes for the Syracuse Vegan Living Program, where he has been a mentor for several years.
